Digital Products
Digital resources (e-books, courses, and library access) are typically delivered instantly. If you encounter technical difficulties with a PDF or digital file, please notify us within 7 days for a resolution.
Refund Process
Once a request is submitted, it will be reviewed by our finance team. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized cultural gifts, sale items, or memberships that have already been partially utilized.
